Chartered in 1982 by twenty-six committed and visionary women, Virginia Beach Alumnae is committed to Sisterhood, Scholarship and Service. The website is designed to provide information on chapter activities and events which focus on Delta's Five Point Programmatic Thrust of: Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health and Political Awareness and Involvement.
